Lime Workflows

Lime Workflows is Lime's automation platform. It can be connected to Lime Forms to trigger automated workflows when a form is submitted, making it possible to build powerful integrations without custom code.

What is possible

When a form submission is received, Lime Workflows can:

  • Send the submission data to any external system or API
  • Create or update records in Lime CRM or other connected tools
  • Send notifications or emails based on the submission content
  • Chain multiple actions together as part of a larger automated process

How it works

Lime Forms has a dedicated node in Lime Workflows. Once connected, you can select which form should trigger a workflow and map the form's field values to the steps in your automation.
