Overview

Lime Forms is a form design tool facilitating the creation of dynamic web forms for cases management, leads management and contract signing. This includes signing the forms with BankID and allowing everything to end up neat and tidy in Lime CRM (and other CRM-systems).

This is how Lime Forms work

  • Build responsive and platform independent forms with ease in your web browser. Publish your forms on websites, "My Pages", intranet, social media and apps.
  • Integrations to internal/external systems. Do credit checks, search customer data and create cases/contracts in Lime CRM, straight from the forms.
  • Big selection of components. Design forms with all common field types validation rules and much more.
  • Built-in support BankID signing. Simply activate BankID with a click when the customer's signature is required on applications etc.

What if I don't have Lime CRM? Can i still use Forms?

Lime Forms will work just fine even if you don't use Lime CRM. We provide integrations to other systems as well. You can of course use Lime Forms completely stand alone as well!

Login and access

By default, Lime Forms uses email and password for admin login. Organisations that want centralised user management can switch to OpenID Connect (SSO), delegating authentication to an existing identity provider such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or Google Workspace.
