Embedding a form

Embedding is done by loading a script and then adding a lime-form tag to the page. Once the script has loaded, the tag will render and your form will be displayed on your page.

Instructions on how to embed are found in the form settings in the Lime Forms UI, in the editor for the specific form. The script tag is common across all forms, but the lime-form tag is unique for each form and needs to be copied. See the image below.

Note in iframe embedding

Embedding with iframe is disabled by default for security reasons.
